Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed — but we’ll always notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress until it arrives.

We currently ship only within the United States. Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Renewed Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, and damage

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • worn, washed or damaged apparel 

 

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at renewedapparel122@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
